Jack was a previous volunteer and long-standing member of Elizabeth House in Cookham and is sadly missed by all his friends, staff and volunteers. Jack always sat at a particular table and seat at lunch and his place is still there - the members are not quite ready to allow someone else to sit in his space which is unusual and very touching. Cookham is now a quieter place without Jack speeding past on his buggy and holding the traffic up on his way to the golf course or Uncle Tom's Cabin!
